Student Expectations

Attendance

As part of the Black Knight Academy, students are still expected to meet attendance requirements. Attendance in the Academy is measured by students logging in each school day and completing the required number of assignments. Students who fail to do so will be marked as absent. Based on the district policy, once students receive enough absences, they may face truancy charges.

State Assessments

Students will need to participate in state assessments, including PSSA and Keystone. These tests are generally scheduled in the spring and students who are required to participate will be contacted with specific information. Students will need to come in person to complete the assessments.
