Mr. Spinney has served as the Principal of Academic Affairs for Towanda Area School District since July 2017. Previously, he had worked as the Enrichment Teacher, and the Coordinator for Online Learning in the district for 2 years. Before that, he had been an Elementary Music Teacher for the district. Mr. Spinney also has experience teaching music in Philadelphia, PA. 

 

Mr. Spinney has Principal Certification, as well as two Master's degrees in Reading and Music.
