Hello! My name is Christina Confer. I teach Spanish 1 through 4 at the Towanda Jr/Sr High School. I started my teaching career in 2000, and have taught elementary, middle, and high school Spanish. I received my Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology and my Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Lock Haven University. While at Lock Haven I studied abroad in Costa Rica. I decided to become a teacher after finishing my undergraduate degrees, and attended Marywood University for my Teaching Certificate. In 2017 I completed my Master of Science in Education with a concentration in Literacy. I continually strive to improve teaching and learning in my classroom and over the past few years have adapted my curriculum to one of Comprehensible Input. My goal is to produce students who can communicate in Spanish.
