Also, today we were notified that a student at the Towanda Jr/Sr High School has tested positive. The last day this individual was in school was also Friday, January 8, 2021. Potential close contacts have been identified and informed to not return to school until approved to do so based on CDC and DOH quarantine guidelines. Based on the matrix, that building does not need to close at this time as this is the only case counting towards the 14-day rolling period of the matrix.
