Based on the updated Department of Education’s School Closure Matrix, the Towanda Jr/Sr High School will continue with in-person instruction. The Jr/Sr High School currently has 3 positive cases that count towards the school closure matrix. As a medium-sized building, the Jr/Sr High School would need to close for a period of 2-3 days with the onset of 4-6 cases in the building when Bradford County is in the Substantial category.
