Mr. Barto (Art)

Hello!  My name is Mr. Barto (Donnie).  I am very excited to be exploring and learning together the endless possibilities here in the Art Room.  As a student I enjoyed being involved in the arts at an early age.  Being able to bring excitement for each student is very important in fostering student creativity. As we continue to work together; I hope that there is Joy and excitement each day as we work creating in the art room.  

After earning my Associates in Art from Keystone Jr. College my wife and I attended Edinboro University where I received my BFA in Ceramics.  Seven years later after having our two boys Ethan and Mason I returned to Mansfield University to get my teaching certification.  Today my Media of choice is Clay!  Clay is very challenging and has endless possibilities.   Thank you
